If products become unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed to choose a replacement or cancel the order, with a refund if canceled.

5. Order
5.1 Placing an Order:
The order process on Niche Royale’s website includes adding items to the shopping cart, reviewing and confirming items, entering shipping and account information, selecting a shipping method, choosing a payment method or entering a discount code, and confirming the order by completing the payment.

8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery to Riyadh:
Orders from Riyadh are delivered within 48 hours, excluding public holidays.
8.2 Delivery outside Riyadh:
Orders outside Riyadh are delivered within 3 to 4 working days, excluding public holidays.
8.3 Delivery Location:
Orders are shipped to the customer’s listed delivery address. Niche Royale is not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect delivery information.
8.4 Delivery Lead Times:
Niche Royale informs customers via email when orders are shipped. Tracking becomes available after the initial 24 hours following order placement.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
9.1 Returns:
Customers can return wrong, defective, or damaged items within 15 days from the delivery date. Conditions for returns/exchanges must be met, and specific items are non-returnable.
